Training Workshop on “Accountability and Ownership”

Eagle Seeds recently organized an insightful workshop on Accountability and Ownership, conducted by the esteemed Capt. Jaison Thomas at their Kshipra plant. Attended by 70 team members, including plant staff and mid-level personnel from the Head Office, the workshop aimed to instill a deeper sense of responsibility and proactive engagement among employees.
